What you'll need at pickup
- A valid driver's license (international license for self-drive by foreign nationals).
- A valid passport or national ID.
- A refundable security deposit, based on the vehicle category.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly is my request confirmed?
Most requests are confirmed within a few hours during business hours, and always within one business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as our reservations team approves your booking.
Can I rent a vehicle without a driver?
Yes. Self-drive is available on eligible vehicles for renters who meet the age and license requirements. Foreign nationals will need an international driving permit alongside their passport.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
Daily rates exclude fuel unless the listing states otherwise. Vehicles are handed over with a set fuel level and should be returned at the same level to avoid a refueling charge.
What happens to my security deposit?
The refundable deposit is held until the vehicle is returned and inspected. If the car is returned in the condition it was rented, the full deposit is released back to you.
Can I extend my rental after pickup?
In most cases, yes — contact our reservations team as early as possible so we can check the vehicle's availability and update your agreement before your original return date.
What if the vehicle has a mechanical issue during my trip?
Call our support line immediately. Depending on your location, we'll arrange a repair, a replacement vehicle, or roadside assistance at no extra cost if the issue isn't caused by misuse.
